yep! i think they might be having just a little bit of trouble with the site! ;D it's not just you this time mika!!lol about an hour ago (when i could still vote) i got "error" like 8 times out of 10 =/ Best New Band Thanks for voting for tokio hotel, 2720 others agree with your choice so far. what other bands do you think might get voted in this? cos looking at the comments on K! site people were suggesting the blackout, enter shikari, gallows, madina lake.... i was kind of expecting those names but then i checked and TH are WAY ahead 2 categories?!!?! *.* |

Hmmm that's interesting on 'new band'. I think we should really push TH for best new band. I mean, they are new in the UK after all. And though they are the best band, they're up against some tough competition!

We will always be against competition, and there votes for best new band, are much lower than best band, the gap is closing last thing I new 66800 when i checked a minute ago and mcr only have 58900 so its looking good so far  and yes the site is down ,,,, im guessing due to th voting lol best band is the ultimate prise, its like best band and best new band and all the other prises rolled into one |

u'r right it's getting tough! 30stm went up about 3500 vote in a fairly short period of time
last time i checked best new band TH was in the 2700s, 30stm (still main competition) had around 1600, madina lake 800 and others less than 200, i couldnt think of any other new bands tho!

K! dot com Readers' Poll meltdown
The Kerrang! 2007 Readers' Poll was taken offline last night after causing a major server meltdown at K! HQ.
Over the last 36 hours a staggering 1.3 million of you have been letting us know what's been rocking your world in 2007, which is completely unprecedented for any music magazine.
So firstly, a big thank you to everyone who has voted so far - your passion and dedication never ceases to astound and amaze us. Secondly, our techies are busy working to fix the problem and the Readers' Poll will be back online shortly.
I think it was us and the echelon to be honest.
But postal votes are still being counted, I don't know if you have to send in the page from the mag or just all the stuff on a postcard!!

If you buy this weeks magazine, there's a page with all the different catagories on it. Thats the only way you can postal vote.

There will be a new issue on sale soon so I'm not sure you could still get the issue with Tokio Hotel in it in the shops. You might be lucky. i-D Magazine can be found in "Fashion" sections. |
