Ok, we all have liked it at some point, admit it! XD
I just got Pokémon Diamond yesterday and I'm happy ;D The ones I've been catching I've been trying to name after people here but there's a lot of boy ones I've caught so =P Yeah.
So what are your thoughts on this game/cartoon?
(Personally the cartoon has lost its touch but the games are damn addicting XD)

And I collected the cards, do you remember there?
I haven't tried any of the games, might just have to now hehe.

I don't have any of the cards anymore. I gave them to a friend who sold them =P I ended up replacing them all with YuGiOh cards though XD
And you can play some of the games on emulators on the computer. I forget the site I got mine from, but Diamond is the only one I've actually bought but I've played them all XD

I was the mater of Pokemon, I have all my cards in my pokemon colectors addition poster, I have eversingle normal card, but am missing afew of the really rare hollographic ones.
I watched the porgramme, and can list every pokemon in order!
I also have all the pogs that I used to collect out of crisps packets in Spain, I was really good at pogs hahah i was evil i used to win all the kids pogs at skl! lol
I have 3 gamboy games .. and used to play weird nintendo game everyday at my friends house til we completed it.
I have a pikachu teddy bear ... wonder were that is right now actually urrrmm
I have like a pokeball with toy pokemon in it hahaah
The Didgymon came along, and like ripped of pokemon and everything turnt to them, and well I just could get my things anymore

For me the appearance of Pokemon on TV meant the end of my beloved animé afternoons. I loved the watch my animé series after school but with the success of Pokemon most of them disappeared. I found Pokemon annoying and never enjoyed it. The only thing I liked about it was the opening song.

Digimon was my obession for ages, but it never was as popular as Pokemon I don't think =P
I just remembered watching Pokemon at my nana's house after school when it first came on CITV and going mental when I missed the second episode XD
My friends got me a Pokemon poster for my last birthday as a joke XD Cause I was getting back into my obsession again.
Aaaand my mum used to get me Pokemon plushies and I should still have them all BUT they seem to have been misplaced when we moved o.o
They used to have pogs in crisps here too! XD I remember that.
And OMG! POKEMON CEREAL! It was basically cheerios with pokemon shaped mini marshmellows XD My nana got me them for my breakfast when I was in primary school.
Aaah, memories.
EDIT: Also, I knew the PokeRap off by heart, AND I sung one of the Johto songs in class XD It was called 'Two Perfect Girls' or something, one Brock was supposed to be singing about Jenny and Joy.

lol i'm confessing. i did like pokemon myself and i always got up to watch it on citv yeah and evrytime the opening theme i would sing it , and at primary school it was an obsession everyone played it and i was the boss casue i was cool lol. i had the card too..still do but some are missplaced though i'm keeping to see if they have value..but me thinks they only worth like £1 for all of them lol. watched the programe loved it but then i died for me as it was geeting waaay to predictable and a tad boring (but who don't have a kiddie side lol) and yeah i bought the games aswell cause i was ubber cool lol
Kraig i know that song aswell that brock sung. OMG that song sticks in your head (i actually remember bits of it lol) and that would be because of my sister watches it now xD

Lol yeah, I confess also! I had the usual - cards, games . . . We used to spend hours sitting in the garden doing intense business deals with the cards LOL. I still remember the deal of the entire era, when some idiot gave me the awesome Alakazam for a crappy Bellsprout and a Caterpie!!!

I watched Pokemon, I collected the cards, played with my cousin Sam with them, eventually gave all of mine to him, got the movie on VHS (Hardcore to the max!) And now I have a small plush Eevee, a plush Pikachu that I can zip into his Pokemon ball, and a huge talking Togepi. Never played the games or anything, just watched it and got that stuff.
Nuff Said. And I LOVED Ash!!
