The Tokio Hotel community is growing in the UK though, so when they actually come here and stuff they will be really happy and will never leave And if they try and leave we will kidnap them because it took them so long to get here so they have to stay for a cuppa

AHA! *seizes time to rant*
the UK fanbase has more than tripled since RSG was released! Give us a chance Polydor! Bring out another CD and we'll make sure it does well.
Alternatively, give us another gig - but this time set a postal address thing to ensure that only UK people will get hold of tickets. I knowlots of UK people that wanted to go, but because tickets were sold out to European people, didn't get the chance.
BRING THEM BACK!

I know that it was really difficult for some new UK fans to get tickets. It wasn't advertised and so unless you knew your way around the forums and internet sites, you didn't have much chance. I know that I bought my tickets a day or two before the UK label announced it. People that were new to TH, which was most of the UK fanbase at the time, didn't have much of a chance. I love the diversity of TH's fanbase. I love the international feel to everything. And I do love the intensity and obsession that the fan community has. It's what makes it fun and successful. But, we need to share more and give and take, instead of trampling all over each other. (Speaking of which, my friend actually got trampled on at the TH gig in NYC and came away from it bruised, battered and in tears. She's really bitter about the whole experience and I am so concerned about this violence and bad attitude at gigs.) Claire xx

Yeah I`m concerned about that issue with the next gig to. It would be great if they could give UK fans priority with tickets - I think we deserve it under the circumstances! The aggression between fans does concern me too. I can`t say it hasn`t crossed my mind, what with gonig to a foreign country and everything. I`m sure it will be fine, but when you hear other people have had bad experiences, you can`t help but worry a little.

But then we could actually prove how many of us there are! And nothing's being done about the single/album here xxxx

Claire xx yeah, thats what really kinda scares me about wanting to go to a TH concert somewhere else... especially in France... =/ and I'm sorry to hear about your friend getting trampled like that =(

This is why I`ve convinced myself they`ll be coming here later in the year. You have to be avaiable to promote a release if you want it to be succesful. And right now, they`re not available. They`ve already seen what happens if you don`t promote something well. Surely they won`t make that mistake again. So I`m thinking that as soon as they have the tour out of the way, they`ll take a break and then come here and hit us with a release / show dates / appearences ... LOL. Again, this is little more than desperation induced optimism, BUT, it sounds like a good plan.

But it's not like it's up to the boys themselves... it's up to their record label. didn't we hear: "2007 is the year of TH in the UK" and now it's: "2008 is the year of TH in the UK". If nothing happens this year, I'm not sticking around till 2009! x

As much as I hate to agree with you m'dear, I do I cant wait the best part of two years, then to find that still nothing is happening. Its not fair on any fans, but its harder on the ST because we work so hard. x x x
