I use Rusk. 
It stays real blue for about two weeks and iz amaze and i love it.
and it takes onto my dark brown hair aswell, but it didn't turn blue blue, it truned blue/brown. :]

wow  my next hair venture is to dye my hair like REALLY light blonde, almost whiteish. and then electric blue lightening bolts at the front i saw someone with lightening bolty things in purple and it looked amaze. |

i love all my black hair
there is alot of it
down to my waist
but ergh.. im so.. not a blonde person
like it really wouldnt suit me..
but shes so keen on it..

I said i would never dye my hair .... i lied alot ... first i got blond highlights, i was well annoyed it look liked i had grey hairs they were so white LOL... then overtiem every time you go for highlights you get blonder until i was BLOND .. roots were bad .. so i went brown ... which went abad shade of burnt redy ginger .. nothing pretty or natural... then i tried herble essence brown ... and it went BLACK ... but it washed out fast in the wash like 6 washes later and it was already dark brown and eventually after washing it gets lighter and lighter pretty fast .. weird considering it was perminant .. and well thats were i am now .... soo much hair dye ... soo little hair .

Go for Wella I say.
It's what my mum uses and when I went purple, it lasted a fair bit of time.
And I have to wash my hair alot.

ive you wanna dye your hair in my school it has to be subtle
it sucks being at a grammar school

I'm thinking of dying mine either electric blue or a deepish purple in the summer holidays. I'd loved to get it done before then, but school would suspend us if we have our hair coloured in a way that stands out.
