Does anyone know of a hair bleach that is kinda cheap? I need it for putting my green streak in XP
Also, anyone know any cheap green dye? I've heard Manic Panic is good but its expensive, since I have to order it off the internet cause no palc around here stocks it.

yeh im bleaching under my fringe too amiee
but im dying it light blue
and then the rest of my hair is gunna be dark blue

Do you have a Sallys around your area? because they stock that.
Also, they'd be able to tell you a good bleach aswell.
