I couldn't dye my hair un-natural colours, so I waited for the GCSE's. Since then I dyed my hair (mainly my fringe) all sorts of colours but stopped when I started working at Bhs (two years in November or September!) The first time I dyed my hair, I went red. (But my friend, Catherine, did it and it looked rubbish 'cause it was all patchy.) I dyed my hair that colour again a few months later. When I hit 12, I dyed my hair black. I, then, let it grow out (it went brown 'cause of the dye) had my hair chopped off to my chin and started to dye my fringe. I have pictures of SOME of the colours I've been, right now I'm back to being a red-head and I'm thinking of sticking with it too. They're not in any particular order so. Of course the latest red is the last one on the far right of the last line of box. .

I've been blonde, black, black+red, black+brown+red, and redish-brown =P Most of those last colours was the black and red growing out.
I'm gonna dye my hair black after the exams are over, then bleach a streak in it and dye it green =] (At least I will when I get money)

I've only ever dyed my hair red (bright red, not ginger)
The first time was at the hairdressers 'cos I diddn't want to c**k it up XD The second, I did streaks myself... then they grew out so I did them again.
But the last time I put streaks in, i used a really cheap dye so they faded to a pinky colour, then ginger, and now they're blonde-ish. Yup, that's crap hair products for you xP

my school hates you dying your hair un-natural colours which are always the colours i want you can dye it as long as they are natural but my moms against hair dying altogether *who cares* but because its my GCSEs she said i get a treat which is to dye my hair so she cant argue with that now

Heh, my school is the same, one reason I chose black. I tried dying it red but only my roots dyed, then I got put in isolation for it o.o And I was like 'I'm growing my hair out. My roots are always gonna be a different colour'
They said they'd keep me in isolation for it but they never did. And since then I've grown my hair out back to its natrual colour =P
Anyone know a decent but cheap black hair dye?

Erm, Superdrug's own brand works wonders with my *naturally* dirty blonde hair. But one day I wanna do a Strify but dye the bleched blonde front half of my hair a bright blue.
And when I was in school, I had my hair dyed black/red and no-one noticed, and I also had it black/purple, still no-one noticed.

Eeehhhh, good question. I think it's like a fiver or summat. Not used it in a while tbh. But it could be more expensive, it's just that it's a shop's own brand which works better than well-known brands like friggin... oh. what was it I first used? Summat like colour pulse or summat, that was meant to dye my hair black, it turned out dark brown.

I never knew so many schools didn't like people have hair that 'stood out' My school doesn't really care, I could come to school with bright green hair and they wouldn't care. n,n
In summer I'm planning on changing my hair, like alot. Because if it goes ugly then I can grow it out during summer. ^.^
