Yes, i watched that too. I find that so interesting. I've heard of that happening with people who aren't twins as well, but people who are very close. For example, my friend's dad sadly passed away at the beginning of 2010, and i spent New Years Eve in 2010 with her and her family. Her and her mum were both telling me about her husband/father seperately and they both told me about how they were together with the rest of the family the night that he died (it was very unexpected and sudden) and she told me how both her and my friend started crying at the same time randomly at the party - not proper crying but they both had tears rolling down their cheeks. Later, they found out that the time this happened would have been around the time he died. Also, i've had something kind of similar with my best friend sometimes in the past. I woke up one day for school and i was getting ready and then i just felt really weird and i didn't know why. For some reason, i opened my diary and i wrote a small entry about how i felt so weird and i didn't know why i felt weird and i wrote the time i wrote it at the beginning as i always do. Two days later i was talking to my best friend (she lives in Germany so that's why it was two days later) and she told me how she had just got into school two days before and these people were laughing at her and she was so stressed over work and tired and everything and she ran into the toilets and just cried (and my friend hardly ever cries) This was the exact same time, we found out, as when i had written my entry in my diary that i felt bad - for me it was 7:15 and her around 8:10-8:20; due to time difference it's the exact same time. Also once i had a really bad day where everything just seemed to go wrong and i cried several times. When i got home, my best friend was waiting for me on msn. She told she didn't know why but she just felt like i needed her because she had almost felt her heart hurting throughout the day (not like proper pain but like - ah i hope you know what i mean) and she thought that it meant i wasn't ok. So she came on to find out if i was. I know that's not as strong as Bill and Tom, or as specific. I think anyone can almost feel if someone they really care about is upset or hurt - not all the times but sometimes - but that it is stronger if you are an identical twin just because of how strong that connection is. Look at it this way. Tom knows that something bad is going to happen to Bill before it happens and tells him to be careful and they are identical twins. Wife and daughter cry when husband/father dies but they don't realise that something bad has happened or what or to who. My best friend and i felt weird or sad for no reason when the other felt bad but had no idea it was because the other was sad or something. The lesser the connection is, the less detailed it is and the less the reaction is. I just really find things like that interesting I think I get what you mean. I myself have never had that kind of thing happen to me so I cant understand it. Maybe if it did I would get it.

That whole thing about his virginity, even though we know what a joker Tom is, I still really dont think that was very nice of him to say. Thats Bills private business, as it is anyones. None has a right to know that about someone. That is between the person and the one they have sex with, noone elses. Its ok to tease but not about that, especially publically. I'm sure he got slapped the minute that interview was over xD But tbh, I've come to expect it from Tom. I mean, just recently, he made some really tasteless joke about Bill being bulimic and I was appalled...I know he's only joking, but still...he does take it to its limits sometimes. Really I get that they are very close, even for being twins I think so know each other well enough to know the other was only joking about, but there are just certain subjects that shouldnt be discussed in the public eye, even if it is a joke. We have become obssessed with sex and I heard that when Joe McEldry won X factor, he was asked if he was still a virgin. You do not ask someone that type of question. Really what happened to everyones right to privacy? Even if you`re famous, you have that right. Sorry to go on like that. I just had to say it. I hate it when people are not allowed any privacy. Really how would any of us feel if something like that was said about us? Even if just for a joke!

Yes, it's not happened to me many times either. But the few times that it HAS happened has led me to believe that anyone can have feelings about someone that they really care about, though with twins that's bound to be closer and stronger. And yes, i do agree. I don't think people should be asking those questions. I hate it interviews when people ask Bill if he is gay. He shouldn't have to answer those questions. It's his own private life and not something that everyone else needs to know.

Do you guys think it's okay for people to ask him about his dream girl though? It just hit me that really, that is just as much an invasion of privacy...though of course, the record company aren't going to care about that being asked xD Of course, Bill is so marvellously diplomatic that he doesn't really ever look annoyed by those kind of questions.
I was watching Worried About the Boy last night and you would think the press might have changed a bit since the 80s but apparently not....

I find that crazy to still be asking him if he`s gay. How many times has he said he`s not now? Really are people not hearing the word NO properly. People need to get over the stereotype that if a guy is feminine, he must be gay. That is not the case. Really we know that everyone is different in some way. Why cant people just accept Bill for how and who he is? Why do they keep questioning him?
The dream girl thing? Hmm I dont know. And yes I do believe the press are probably very much the same as in the 8os.

Yes, i agree. I wish people would be more accepting of appearance instead of judging people because of the way that they look. Just because someone LOOKS like a certain stereotype, doesn't mean that that's who they are. I hate it when pepople are so judgemental like that.
The dream girl thing... i'm not really sure. It's tricky.....

To be honest, the press will not be satisfied until he's married with a few kids xD After all, we live in a world where most celebrities (especially those of the teenage fangirl variety) choose to keep it quiet...it wouldn't exactly be shocking for someone to lie about that kind of thing.
I'm not saying that he is or isn't by the way - just that it wouldn't be at all surprising for someone to come out after they have vehemently denied it for years. And the media know that better than anybody.

Yes, of course. The press will constantly be skeptic of him until, like you said, he has kids and is married. I just think that's wrong though. The press are assuming something about him because of his appearance and the way that he is and they won't fully stop believing that until he fully proves that he is not. It's nothing to do with the press. They should just leave him be about it.

I blame society more tbh. We shouldn't care what sexual orientation people have but unfortunately, most people do. If it made no difference the press wouldn't care about it either. It's the girls who would cry and think their lives are over because of a coming out story that make it worth a journalists while. And lets face it, that would probably be most TH fans reaction.

Society IS very judgemental and the press makes stories because people are judgemental and they know that they can get this reaction. Society will wonder if Bill is gay and then the press take advantage of this and ask him these questions because they know people will read it and want to know the answer. I wish that society were more accepting of everyone but they are not and that doesn't look like it will be changing soon. Yes, it is true that most would have that reaction and i feel that's sad. No matter what sexual orientation they are, they are still the same guys we all love and it wouldn't change my opinion of them

Yeah society does make the press do the stories they do. I just find it so annoying that they have asked Bill so many times and it is always the same answer he has given and I feel everyone should be satisfied with the answer and dont keep questioning him.
I get the thing of someone not coming out because of their fan base. I just dont get the gay vibe off of Bill if you know what I mean. Yes he`s got a feminine style and isnt butch or anything, but I really dont see him being gay.

Yes! That annoys me too! Ok, they asked him ONCE and they got an answer! So leave it! It's like they don't believe him or something and think that pushing him to answer again and again is going to get the 'truth.' The ironic thing is that, even if he WAS gay, asking him again and again would probably have the opposite effect and make him less likely to come out with it because he would be pressured into doing so. Yeah, i know what you mean. I don't believe he's gay - and as he's said he's not, i'll believe him until proven otherwise. He's just the way he is

Yes exactly. Even now adays there is still a negative thing put on to being gay, even though it cant be helped. So Im not surprised if hes just too scared to come out. But as I said before, he doesnt come across as gay to me. And as you said, hes said hes not gay so I dont know why people cant just believe him. Its noones business but his really, so I dont know why they keep asking him.

Yeah, he's said he's not gay and there is no evidence that says otherwise. Therefore, i will believe that he is not gay unless he personally says that he IS gay. I have no reason not to believe him, so why shouldn't i? Yes, i do dislike the whole negative thing about being gay. People are just the way that they are. Anyway, it's no one else's business whether someone is gay or not! All that matters is their happiness and if they are happy, then we should also be happy for them and stop judging them. This whole negative thing, like you mentioned, makes people scared about coming out and i think that's so sad. No one should feel like they should be ashamed of who they are.
