Gigs!

i have no gigs lined up for ages,
except paramore next sat.
but then its emptyness ! and i have no money to book anything else

Im going to see Get Cape Wear Cape Fly in febuary !
But then after that im not sure :S

OMG that gig was amazin.
I went to the Madina Lake meet and greet at 2Seasons in Nottingham. Gave each of them a Jimmy Hat, since it's a Scottish thing

I qued for like 5 hours in the freezing cold for it, i like froze. LOL.
But when we got in me and my sister went on the floor, and my dad went up into the balconey but when Circa Survive started it got hardcore (LOL) and we kept on getting dragged into these mosh pits, and we got scared so went up to the balconey, but we had a better view up there so it's alright.
Circa Survive sucked real bad. LOL.
Fighstar were on next, it got real scary down there, i saw this one guy just punching everyone in the head and I was like 'lolomg i'm glad i ent down there ' Fighstar were alright, but Charlie has knackered his voice quite alot.
Then finally Madina Lake came on, the whole reason I travelled to Nottingham, and there were actually amazing, the crowd was amazing aswell, Nathan tried to crowd surf and stuff, but the secruity guys kept on pulling him over and onto the stage again, LOL one time when they pulled him over they just grabbed his head. lulz.
So yeah, when Madina Lake finished, we left before Coheed and CaMbria, and went to wait a furthey 2 hours outside to meet the band again.
The came out and we got stuff signed and gave each of them another present. :]
So yeah, I got 89498574 hugs from Mateo, because he kept on seeing my shivering.

So yeah, the gig was amazing, and I'd recommend anyone to go see them, Madina Lake and Fighstar were the best in my opinion. :]

I feel so jealous of everyone who gets to go gigs =P My mum won't let me go to ones on a school night so I can rarely see bands I like =P

So far I've seen MCR, Hellogoodbye, Kill Hannah, and whoever played mainstage at Radio 1's Big Weekend. =P

Sounds like you had a great time, Nicole! I'm glad you enjoyed it. It was probably safer to go up to the balcony. I'm a bit scared of mosh pits and would've gone up straight away. ;D
I love Fightstar and am still annoyed I had to miss them play in York in August. I hope Charlie's voice is ok though...

I`ve been to quite a few gigs - I`m lucky coz my mum is still into gigging herself so she`s dragged me to loadsa places lol. Among the best have been Babyshamles, Dirty Pretty Things and The Calling when I was younger. I`ve also done the Isle of Wight festies of course, living here, and umm * cough cough * Duran Duran .. sshh, don`t tell anyone that!!! Ahahahaha. Hey, I was keeping my mum company!!!!

Paramore and New Found Glory were amazing !
it was soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo good
best gig ever.
i got completely trampled on lool
and hayley was like (cute american accent) *hey hey guys, pick her up pick her up*
i was just laughing !
i queued for 6 hours so we were really near the front
although my head is HURTING today
and Kids in Glass Houses were reallly good aswell.

is anyone going to give it a name this year ?
paramore again ! just booked my tickets ;P

the first band conditions were absolutley s**t though, and then it was kids in glass houses and then new found glory (who were also awesome!) and the paramore who were obviously AMAZING. Hayley is soooo tiny, she had to lower the mic stand LOADS it was so funny.

& at the end when paramore where doing an encore hayley had this video camera and she was filming the crowd and it was coming up on the big screen, you could just se mee at the front trying to get up of the flooor lol ! and everyone went mental when they did misery buisness right at the end

i know im going on a bit but the atmosphere was superr good ! hahar, and nfg actually stopped the music when this girl was
falling over and they were just like *you okay there guys ? remeber if your friend falls down pick them up, pick them up !*
this is unlike other gigs ive been to where if your on the floor nobody cares!


the only really annoying thing was they took about 30-40 mins in between each act changing the amps and scenery and stuff. that really sucked !
