If it's not in the film then no ones even gonna notice them! To be honest as soon as i saw what the song was called compared to the others which are all more related to the film i kinda guessed, this is one of the rare times i hate being right

i'm sure people will hear it on the soundtrack and be like "hmmm" either way, the person listening to it *or if it was in the film* watching it and hearing it, won't know who it is, which intriques them, and if they like it, they will look the band up on youtube. so either way, they gain UK fans.

Kerli said on the live chat the other day that it's a proper duet, Bill has a verse, then Kerli and then they sing the chorus together. I don't see how anyone can be negative about this, they're on a soundtrack to a film that's done by Tim Burton and staring some huge names. The soundtrack will get many listens to by people because of the other artists that are included in it aswell as people hearing a song they like in the film and going out to buy it. This is actually a genius thing! Of course people will notice them! As for the performance in Hollywood, Kerli is performing the song alone, TH won't be there on Feb 19th. She mentioned that Bill was going to be flown out to sing it with her but apparently there's nothing more on that and will be doing it alone, it all came from her mouth in the recent chat. I watched it but I missed her singing Strange for us.

Actually I don't even expect the song to be in the film... or any other song from the soundtrack, except for when the credits roll and maybe in the beginning. I don't know, of course, they might as well be played during the film. However, I wouldn't be surprised if they weren't. This seems like the kind of film that just goes with an instrumental soundtrack during the actual film but still has a compilation soundtrack like "Almost Alice".
I also agree though that whether it's in the film or not, it's still brilliant that TH are on the soundtrack because lots of people will get it and it's great exposure for them. Plus, it's just cool to be part of a Tim Burton film starring all those big names.

I'm buying it in Denmark too quite possibly if the airport is actually cool enough to sell such things to please me.

Not that everybody is buying their copy abroad and none of them will be counted towards UK sales figures.

I haven't seen the film yet but someone said that the song wasn't played in it which I wouldn't be surprised by. Main thing is that there's a lot of potential for people who are buying the soundtrack to discover Tokio Hotel and fall in love with them. Let's hope so.

At last i have it! It wasn't in the charts when i got it though OT but i was disappointed with the film tbh then agan i haven't seen it in 3D yet

Go see it in 3D now! I saw the movie last night and it was awesome, typical Tim Burton style that I love. Also Johnny Depp is a main character so it makes me even happier lol. We were too lazy to leave the film right away so we watched the credits and the only song played from the soundtrack is the one by Avril Lavigne
