ohh I've seen the version without the movie clips in, just the lazers and lots of make-upped Ville (omnomnomnom) that was the version they released in germany; no ice queens... I saw an interview once with this german woman about it and she was like 'ok so you evidently like make up... I'm going to put lots on you!' and she did. Lucky, lucky cow.
