So far they've all been in London - if you don't include the one for the EMA's (which became an unofficial meet-up anyway. London is a central place to hold them, however, there might be meet-ups elsewhere, but (I, certainly) don't know currently. You'd have to wait and see, unfortunately.
It's a shame that you can't come.
