Spring Nicht or Don't Jump video??

is this actually an official video or what?

after watching it I remembered that they only used to have the video for Spring nicht.

Yeah, they released Don't Jump in some countries in Europe and there's a video for it. It's identical to Spring Nicht.

Almost identical. So it's the same setting and storyline but in the end he doesn't jump like he does in the Spring nicht video...

The german media said it was encouraging suicide, don't ask me why rofl I think that is proper stupid as its called Don't Jump, but you know whatever rofl.
So they left the drama out of the English version so the same wouldn't happen in a country they wanted to break.

Awh I like the jumping version, I think it's more effective (although I must admit I was shouting 'neeeeiiin!!!' at the computer the first time I watched it)

There's a 'Spring Nicht' and a 'Don't Jump' video

In the 'Spring Nicht' video, Bill 'jumps' at the end (he leans backwards off the edge of the building.) In the 'Don't Jump' video, that bit was cut out by the media because of it's connotations with suicide, even though the song is about not jumping (and jumping is a mataphore for comitting suicide). It all goes round in a circle lmao xD

I prefer the 'Spring Nicht' video, to be honest. It's more effective for me. To me, at the end, Bill'ssoul leaves him and doesn't do it, while Bill's soul-less body falls... It makes it seem like what had happened to make him stand on that roof had already, in a sence, 'killed' him. I don't know if this will make any sence with anyone else, but it does to me xD

Spring nicht does have a much bigger emotional impact then don't jump. But I also find it more beautiful, I'm not sure why. It's like a work of art, and in don't jump it doesn't seem like a completed work of art.

And I agree! the 'Don't Jump' video doesn't feel like it's finished... The 'jumping' part is missing which has made it in-complete
